COMMITMENT

The General Director of ARGENTA S.A. has hired himself to develop and implement an integrated management system (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) and to continuously improve its effectiveness. For this purpose:

  • it is communicated to the staff of the organization the importance of fully meeting customer's requirements and the specific legal and regulatory requirements, including those relating to environment and health and safety;

  • the quality, environmental and health and safety policy is established;

  • quality, environmental and health and safety objectives are established and periodically updated;

  • periodic analyzes made by the management are led by the General Director;

  • it is ensured the availability of required resources (including both human resources and infrastructure) for the proper functioning of the integrated management system and continual improvement of its effectiveness.

    QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

    The mission of ARGENTA S.A. is to provide and offer its customers mechanical installation works and equipment repairs, pressure equipment and piping systems for technological installations and construction, manufacturing and assembling metal structures and parts of metal structures, design and execution of works in the field of natural gas, non-distructive examinations in welded joints and metallic materials of the highest quality in terms of minimizing the negative environmental impacts and to protect health and safety at work, in accordance with the requirements of the reference standards SR EN ISO 9001: 2008 SR EN ISO 14001: 2005 and OHSAS 18001: 2008.

    To accomplish this mission we implement and maintain this policy by which we are committed:

  • To satisfy the requirements and expectations of all our customers and stakeholders, by fully understanding their needs and through a high quality level of products and services;

  • To continuously improve the performance of the quality management, environmental protection and occupational health and safety system;

  • To prevent pollution at source and to protect the environment in all activities carried out in our organization;

  • To prevent injuries and occupational diseases by eliminating risks or reducing workers' exposure to their action;

  • To comply with the applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, in quality and environmental aspects, as well as risks for health and safety related to activities that we carry;

    We grant our entire management capacity of the organization to establish and regularly analyze the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety objectives through which we ensure resources.

    This policy is mandatory for all workers working under the control of ARGENTA S.A. and it is communicated with the stated aim to make it known to all workers working in and for the organization and to all stakeholders.
